1. Acceptable Use

BridgeConnect is designed for legitimate business marketing and CRM activities. You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Sending unsolicited "spam" messages via Email or SMS.
  • Collecting or storing sensitive personal data without consent.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt platform services.
  • Violating the terms of service of connected social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination of service.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities, including data capture and messaging, that occur under your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

BridgeConnect is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, loss of data, or actions taken by third-party social platforms against your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that harms the platform or its users.
